DOMESTIC SHIPPING

1) We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.  We typically send out the next day after an order is placed (unless placed on a Friday/Saturday).  Estimated delivery is between 2-10 days.

2) If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at [email protected]. We can accomodate most requests but the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs for expedited shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1) We have a flat rate of $20 per gi and $10 per shirt/hat for International Shipping.  If you are ordering more than a couple of products, feel free to contact us to see whether we can obtain a cheaper shipping price ([email protected]).  Delivery times depend on where you are located and customs in your country.

Returns + Exchanges

Refunds are granted upon successful receipt of the returned items, less shipping expenses we incurred in shipping the product unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

Customers wishing to return or exchange their product must notify E Nois within one week of receiving the product.  The product must be in the original packaging & tagging, un-worn, un-washed and un-used. Please note that E Nois reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges if the item has been worn, washed or damaged.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges in the case or returns or exchanges, unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

Customers wishing to exchange a product for an alternate size or color of equal value must first contact us ([email protected]). The replacement item will only be shipped after successful receipt of the exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for the replacement product, and E Nois reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if the packaging on the exchanged is damaged.

Items purchased on ebay are NOT covered under Returns or Exchanges.

Warranty

E Nois products come with a 60 Day Warranty, which begins on the date of purchase. E Nois’s warranty covers manufacturing defects such as fabric failure, rips and tears.

Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, fabric fading, discoloration and loose threading due to frequent washing.

Warranty items must be exchanged for same color/size. In the event the exchanged product is no longer offered, E Nois will offer several alternatives for the buyer to choose from within the same product category and price range.
